Drew is an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Securities and Tax Practice. Drew focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and securities regulations. Drew has a passion for helping startup businesses with entity formation, corporate restructuring, contract preparation and negotiation, corporate finance issues, employment issues and other general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm’s Corporate, Securities and Tax Practice, Drew was a practicing litigator in the firm’s General Litigation and Labor & Employment practice groups. Drew’s litigation experience allows him to help clients effectively navigate legal demand letters and implement litigation avoidance strategies. His litigation experience includes work in the areas of employment discrimination, retaliation, non-competes, and business and contractual disputes.
Drew grew up in Camden, Alabama, before attending Auburn University and graduating with a degree in Economics. He then attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, before joining the firm’s Huntsville office.
