John Juricich is an Associate in the Corporate, Securities and Tax Practice in the firm’s Huntsville office. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, advising companies in general corporate matters, formation and operating agreements for limited liability companies, and securities regulation. John helps clients with transaction strategies, contract negotiation and preparation, entity formation, corporate restructuring, and corporate finance issues.
John also works closely with Maynard Cooper's Immigration Practice and utilizes his corporate experience to assist businesses with their immigration needs, including helping companies obtain temporary and permanent work authorization for foreign nationals, including managers and executives, professionals, workers with specialized knowledge, physicians, students, and interns.
John earned his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where he served on the Mississippi Law Journal, received the Order of the Barristers distinction, and was a two-time national champion (2015 & 2016) of the Pace National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. John holds a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Alabama.
