Brannon serves as an Associate in the Insurance & Financial Services Litigation practice at Maynard Cooper.
Brannon regularly represents insurers in a variety of complex insurance related matters, including cases involving bad faith, coverage disputes, insurance and annuity sales practices, fraud on the part of insureds and/or producers, and stranger owned life insurance (STOLI) matters. He also represents some of the largest financial institutions in the United States in individual cases and class actions involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of trust.
Brannon received his J.D. summa cum laude from Cumberland School of Law and a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.
