McLean is an associate in the firm’s Mobile office and a member of the Banking and Finance Practice and the Corporate Securities & Tax Practice groups. He focuses his practice primarily on business and corporate transactions. McLean has experience representing and advising private and publicly held companies in complex business transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, corporate finance, and entity formation.
McLean also counsels clients, including owners of family businesses, in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration. He has experience counseling clients regarding their estate planning needs and drafting wills, trusts, powers or attorney and other estate planning documents.
McLean received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2014. During law school, he was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and participated in Cumberland's Judicial Externship program where he worked as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
