Alan Enslen hosted a webinar on July 28 titled, Recent Changes resulting from Export Control Reform. Items covered during the program included; U.S. Export Control Regulatory Framework, Export Control Reform - Objectives, Export Control Reform - Status, Export Control Reform - Key Concepts, Export Jurisdiction/Classification Order of Review, “Specially Designed” and Export Control Reform - Anticipated Outcome.
Alan is a Shareholder and leads the International Trade group and is a co-founder of the Government Solutions practice at Maynard Cooper. He practices in the areas of international trade (with emphasis on export controls, economic sanctions, and anti-corruption), specialized civil litigation, and government investigations. Alan served 28 years as an officer in the United States Army. Before attending law school, he served on active duty as an Infantry officer in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg and as a Special Forces officer in the 10th Special Forces Group in Germany.
