Jacob Allen

Jacob Allen is an Associate in our Charleston office where he focuses his practice on real estate and corporate matters. With a wide range of experiences in South Carolina law, Jacob approaches every matter with the ability to identify and focus on critical issues, along with a dedication to work collaboratively with clients in order to serve their needs. 

Prior to joining the firm, Jacob served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable R. Scott Sprouse in South Carolina’s Tenth Judicial Circuit. During his time in law school, Jacob maintained a clerkship with the South Carolina Senate where he conducted legal research on law and policy used in the process of drafting legislation. He also worked as a summer associate for multiple southeastern law firms assisting in various legal projects, including real estate transactions and business litigation. 

While earning his undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina, Jacob served as a Page for the Clerk of the South Carolina Senate. After graduating magna cum laude, Jacob attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude.
