ALVIN K. HOPE II JOINS MAYNARD'S MOBILE OFFICE
Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce that Alvin K. Hope, II has joined the firm’s Mobile office. Mr. Hope is a member of the Public Finance and Governmental and Regulatory Affairs practice groups.
Mr. Hope’s public finance practice includes the representation of Alabama cities, counties, boards of education and utility systems in a variety of transactions. He also assists the firm’s Governmental and Regulatory Affairs practice group which represents clients before legislative, regulatory, and governmental bodies, including the U.S. Congress, departments and agencies of the federal government, the Alabama State Legislature and departments and agencies of state and local government. Mr. Hope is a member of the Alabama and Georgia State Bar Associations, the National Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He serves on the Boards of Prichard Preparatory School, the Gulf Coast Angel Network and the Mobile Area Education Foundation, and is a member of the Mobile Downtown Rotary Club, the Senior Bowl Committee and the Red Elephant Club. Mr. Hope received his undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama where he played intercollegiate football and was a letterman on the 1992 National Championship Football team. He then received his Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law and his Masters in Business Administration from Emory University Goizueta School of Business.
