ANTHONY JOSEPH ELECTED TO ALABAMA POWER BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Maynard congratulates Shareholder Anthony “AJ” Joseph on his recent election of the Board of Directors of Alabama Power. Joseph joins Dr. Cathy Randall as the newest members of the company’s board.

Joseph is Co-Chair of the White Collar Criminal practice at Maynard. He has a long and distinguished career in the legal field. He first served as an Assistant District Attorney for Jefferson County, Ala. before joining the FBI as a Special Agent working in Birmingham, St. Louis, and Philadelphia. Upon his return to Birmingham, he worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney before entering private practice as an attorney. He joined Maynard in 2006.
He was the 2013-2014 President of the Alabama State Bar, a former Alabama State Bar Commissioner, and Vice President of the Alabama State Bar, a past Chair of the American Bar Association’s Criminal Justice Section, and is currently a member of its White Collar Crime Committee.
