Bradley is a Shareholder and member of the Public Finance and Real Estate practices at Maynard Cooper.
His extensive public finance experience includes serving as bond counsel to numerous cities, counties, boards of education, hospitals and health care organizations, non-profit (including 501(c)(3)) organizations, utility systems and other political subdivisions across Alabama in a variety of tax-exempt transactions. His practice also includes the representation of public bodies and private entities with respect to various state and local tax incentives, public/private partnerships and economic development projects.
Bradley also works with clients on other types of tax-advantaged financings such as deals eligible for New Markets Tax Credits. In the last five years, he has acted as counsel in over $75 million in New Markets Tax Credits financings, a number of which involved the combination of NMTCs and tax-exempt debt financing.
His real estate practice focuses on all aspects of the representation of buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in all types of real estate matters, including acquisition, development and financing, particularly in the area of multi-family housing.
He received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law and holds a B.S. cum laude from Birmingham-Southern College.
