Jon Levin is a shareholder and member of Maynard Cooper’s Government Contracts & Bid Protests and Cybersecurity practice. Jon has more than a decade of experience working with government contractors and government entities. Jon uses his extensive background and understanding of his client’s business goals to help his clients on a large number of matters. His work history in private practice and intelligence community includes bid protests, claims, and terminations in both unclassified and classified matters.
Jon is a shareholder specializing in Government Contractor Consulting at Hall Albright Garrison & Associates. He offers specific expertise in the areas of general accounting and contract advisory services, rate structure analysis, government cost proposal response guidance, incurred cost proposals and ICE submissions, business operations support, and day to day contract support. Jon is one of the founding members of Hall Albright Garrison & Associates, prior to which time he worked for over twenty years as a consultant to government contracts and various small businesses.
Matthew Parker is an Associate with Maynard Cooper in the Intellectual Property & Technology, Corporate and Litigation practices. He assists clients with a variety of intellectual property matters including the licensing, protection, and enforcement of copyrights, patents, trademarks and trade secrets. Matthew earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Immunology. Matthew has experience working on general corporate matters related to company formation, mergers & acquisitions and equity offerings.
