Whether an employer is part of an affiliated service group or a controlled group of employers has far-reaching implications for employers and their employee benefit plans. In this month's compliance webinar, Firm's benefits attorneys discussed the various issues for both retirement plans and welfare plans, including issues under the ACA and ERISA.
