Topics covered during the webinar included provisional billing rates, pricing strategies (budgets, rate structure, cost impact, negotiations), cost and price analysis, truth in negogiataions act (TINA), payments, forward pricing rate agreements (FPRA), limitation of cost/funds, GSA price reductions clause, and false claims act.
Jon Levin is a shareholder and member of Maynard Cooper's Government Contracts & Bid Protests and Cybersecurity practice. Jon has more than a decade of experience working with government contractors and government entities. Jon uses his extensive background and understanding of his client's business goals to help his clients on a large number of matters. His work history in private practice and intelligence community includes bid protests, claims, and terminations in both unclassified and classified matters.
Brandon is a Partner of the ARSA Solutions group at Anglin · Reichmann · Snellgrove & Armstrong, although he began his public accounting career in Audit and Assurance. He has a unique background of over 14 years of experience in the government contracting and technology fields that includes time as a Controller / CFO. With his industry and public accounting experience, he is able to provide extensive consulting services for government contractors. He also works with clients in biotechnology, information technology, construction, manufacturing, professional services, and other industries.
