Maynard & Gale is excited to announce the Birmingham Business Journal has selected Shareholder Brad Wood as one of the city’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2019. This award honors up-and-coming stars of the Magic City’s business scene who have distinguished themselves in their fields before the age of 40.

Brad is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Securities & Tax Practice and serves as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. He has also been recognized as an “Emerging Leader” by the M&A Advisor and as a “Top Attorney” in the area of Corporate and Finance Law by Birmingham Magazine.

Beyond his work with Maynard and his clients, Brad is an active member of several organizations in the community. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the King’s Home and is a part of United Way’s Young Philanthropist Society.

Brad received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law, and he holds a Masters of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science from Samford University. He also completed the Legal Project Management instruction and coaching program through LegalBizDev.
