Brad Wood, Chair of Maynard & Gale’s M&A/Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice, represented the Firm in the Birmingham Business Journal's "Insights Into Mergers & Acquisitions” Table of Experts which was published in the July 7 issue of the Journal. Brad is one of four business leaders in the M&A field who served as an "expert" to provide their insight into several key factors that should be addressed in any merger or acquisition endeavor.
