Interview Process
Interviews are typically between 4-6 conversations that take place by telephone, video, and/or in-person visits. The lateral candidate will talk to the practice group leader and several members of the practice group for which the candidate is being considered. Interviews are designed to allow the candidate to clearly understand the responsibilities and duties of the position and to learn how the practice group’s members are organized and work with each other. Interviews are also intended to give both sides a chance to evaluate interpersonal compatibility. Maynard’s lateral interview process ensures a good fit and properly manages expectations for a successful relationship.
Offer Decisions
Maynard makes an effort to respond to each candidate as quickly as possible.
