Maynard & Gale is excited to announce that Drew Kitchen was recently named to the California Daily Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, a coveted list recognizing the state’s top outstanding young lawyers under the age of 40. Established in 1888, the publication’s annual list recognizes young attorneys – 20 from Northern California and 20 from Southern California – in all areas of practice.

Drew serves as Managing Partner of Maynard’s San Francisco office, which he founded in 2014. Since its opening, the office has experienced rapid growth and a move to the Transamerica Pyramid Center. Since joining Maynard in 2003, Drew has established a practice focused on litigation and business counseling. Trained as a litigator, he represents clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in matters involving insurance and financial services and Fintech. He also represents and advises Grammy-award winning artists, New York Times bestselling authors and pro athletes. Drew has experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and regulatory issues.
