FIFTY-FOUR MAYNARD, COOPER & GALE, P.C. LAWYERS NAMED IN 2010 ALABAMA SUPER LAWYERS
Fifty-four lawyers from Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. are recognized as leading lawyers in the 2010 edition of Alabama Super Lawyers, an independent lawyer rating publication. Of these fifty-four attorneys, nine attorneys - Lee E. Bains, Jr., Elizabeth G. Beaube, Stephen E. Brown, Mark L. Drew, Fournier J. “Boots” Gale III, Maibeth J. Porter, Kirby Sevier, Robert R. Sexton, and H. Thomas Wells, Jr. - are included in the Top 50 list. In addition, five Maynard attorneys – Elizabeth G. Beaube, Carol Sue Nelson, Maibeth J. Porter, Frances King Quick, and Katharine A. Weber - made the list of the Top 25 women receiving the highest point totals.
The selections for Super Lawyers are made by Law & Politics, a division of Key Professional Media, Inc. Each year, Law & Politics undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by Law & Politics’ attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check. Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers. The fifty-four Maynard lawyers cited in the publication for special recognition in their areas of practice are as follows:
