MAYNARD COOPER & GALE ADDS THREE TEAM MEMBERS TO THE HUNTSVILLE OFFICE

Huntsville, AL. Maynard Cooper & Gale is pleased to announce the addition of three team members to the Firm’s Huntsville office. Attorney Philip Johnson joins the Litigation Practice and Patent Agent Erin Gaddes and Technical Advisor Badhri Ragunathan join the Intellectual Property Practice.

“We are excited to grow our office and expand our services with the addition of these bright and talented individuals. They possess technical skill sets and industry knowledge that will benefit our IP and Litigation practices, and we are pleased to have them on board,” said Daniel Wilson, Managing Shareholder of the Huntsville office.

Philip Johnson joins Maynard Cooper as an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice. As an experienced litigator, he has represented businesses and financial institutions in a broad range of complex commercial disputes. Johnson received his J.D. cum laude from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his B.S. summa cum laude in Political Science and Economics from Auburn University. Prior to joining Maynard Cooper, Johnson worked for a national law firm in their Chattanooga, TN office.

Erin Gaddes joins the Firm as a registered Patent Agent. She received her Ph.D. and Master’s in Bioengineering from Pennsylvania State University and holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. Gaddes worked as a Postdoctoral Associate in Immunology, as well as a Research Assistant in Cellular Biophysics, Biotechnology, and Biomolecular Materials prior to joining the Firm. She has published several research articles and has a patent pending that involves protein and cell detection.

Badhri Narayan Raghunathan will act as a Technical Advisor for/to the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice. Raghunathan received his Master in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and his Bachelor of Technology Degree in Aerospace Engineering from SRM University, India. Prior to pursuing his Master’s, Raghunathan worked as a Systems Engineer in a consulting company and has experience in Aircraft Design and Engineering change management.
