Maynard Shareholders Josh Hess and Ann Todd have been recognized as two of Birmingham Business Journal’s 2022 NextGenBHAM: Law Honorees. This annual list highlights up-and-coming attorneys based on their contributions to their firms and the community.

Josh is a skilled insurance and financial defense attorney with experience spanning the areas of business and litigation. He has been named a “Rising Star” by Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2018, and he is listed in the Best Lawyers in America© “Ones to Watch.”

As a shareholder in the Public Finance and Economic Development & Incentives Groups, Ann serves as bond counsel and disclosure counsel in various public and private transactions. She is a founding director and current Secretary of the Alabama Chapter of Women in Public Finance and a graduate of the Alabama Leadership Initiative.
