Mitesh Shah is Shareholder in the firm’s Birmingham office, and he is a member of the firm’s General Litigation, Product Liability, Toxic Tort and Government Contracts & Bid Protests practice groups. Shah represents companies from a broad base of industries in commercial, personal injury and class action litigation. He also represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial disputes, and has successfully handled these matters as both plaintiff and defendant. Shah maintains several leadership roles in various civic capacities. He serves on the Board of Directors for Impact Alabama, the UAB Honors Program Advisory Board, the Norton Board of Advisors for Birmingham-Southern College and the Hess Center for Leadership and Service Advisory Committee.
