MAYNARD ADDS TWO ASSOCIATES TO ITS RANKS

Birmingham, AL. Maynard & Gale is pleased to announce that Mary Mangan and Claire Martin have joined the firm as Associates and will practice in the firm’s Litigation and Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice groups, respectively.
Mary Mangan earned her J.D. manga cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was Managing Articles Editor for the Notre Dame Law Review. As a member of Maynard’s Litigation Section, Ms. Mangan will concentrate her practice in the areas of Appellate and Post-Verdict Briefing. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Law Clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and as an Assistant Solicitor General for the State of Alabama’s Office of the Attorney General. Ms. Mangan earned her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas.
Claire Martin brings five years of experience representing employers and management across the industry spectrum in a wide range of employment-related matters. She joins Maynard’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice where she will assist the firm’s clients with all aspects of employee benefits and compensation plans and programs, including ERISA, health care, plan design and implementation, taxation, and employment discrimination. Ms. Martin earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Cumberland Law Review, and she holds a B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science from Auburn University.
The addition of Ms. Mangan and Ms. Martin follows recent announcements of ten new Associates added to the Firm across multiple practices and offices.
