BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (January 22, 2020) — Maynard & Gale announced today that Stephanie Mays, shareholder, has been named Chief Talent Officer for the Firm. In this role, Stephanie will coordinate strategic talent initiatives across Maynard’s national footprint, specifically focusing on attorney recruitment and retention, professional development, integration, and diversity and inclusion.

Stephanie is a shareholder in Maynard’s Labor and Employment Practice and remains a passionate advocate for her clients. She is an active member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative and currently serves on the Diversity & Inclusion and Recruiting committees. Stephanie’s law practice is focused on representing large public and private employers in litigation and federal agency proceedings, while also providing training, day-to-day legal counsel, and pragmatic solutions tailored to meet her clients’ labor and employment needs.
