In this role, Stephanie will coordinate strategic talent initiatives across Maynard Cooper’s national footprint, specifically focusing on attorney recruitment and retention, professional development, integration, and diversity and inclusion.

Stephanie is a shareholder in Maynard Cooper’s Labor and Employment Practice and remains a passionate advocate for her clients. She is an active member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative and currently serves on the Diversity & Inclusion and Recruiting committees. Stephanie’s law practice is focused on representing large public and private employers in litigation and federal agency proceedings, while also providing training, day-to-day legal counsel, and pragmatic solutions tailored to meet her clients’ labor and employment needs.
