MAYNARD CONTINUES ITS STEADY GROWTH WITH THE ADDITION OF 12 NEW ATTORNEYS
Maynard & Gale is pleased to announce the addition of 12 new attorneys. The Firm welcomes eight attorneys to its Birmingham office, two attorneys to its Huntsville office, one attorney to its Mobile office, and one attorney to its office in San Francisco, California.
Birmingham
Christie Borton - Christie rejoins the Firm as Of Counsel in the Real Estate practice after working as corporate counsel in the BBVA Compass Legal Department. Christie received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a B.A. cum laude from Dartmouth College.
Virginia McKibbens - Virginia joins the Firm as an Associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice. Virginia received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Alabama.
Ashlee Riopka - Ashlee is an Associate in the ERISA & Group Insurance Litigation practices. Ashlee’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including insurance, financial services, and ERISA litigation. Ashley received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law and holds a B.A. summa cum laude from Auburn University.
Heather Ward - Heather joins the Firm as an Associate in the Banking and Finance and Real Estate practices. Heather's practice focuses on all aspects of the representation of lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured transactions and multi-state financing transactions. Heather received her J.D. magna cum laude from Cumberland School of Law and holds a B.S. from the University of South Alabama.
Drew Dolan - Drew joins the Firm as an Associate in the Real Estate practice. Drew received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and holds his B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of Alabama.
Mark Foley- Mark joins the Firm as an Associate in the Financial Institutions, Corporate Governance & Fiduciary Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation practices. Mark received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and holds a B.S. and B.A magna cum laude from the University of Alabama.
Jacob Franz – Jacob joins the Firm as an Associate in the Securities Litigation practice. Jacob completed a clerkship with Judge Karon O. Bowdre, chief judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law and his B.A. from Azusa Pacific University.
Johnny Wilhelm- Johnny joins the Firm as an Associate in the Corporate, Securities, and Tax practice. Johnny received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Alabama and holds a B.S. summa cum laude from the University of Alabama.

Stephen Rogers - Stephen joins the Firm as an Associate focusing his practice on General Litigation, Complex Litigation, and Construction. His expertise includes representing clients in trademark infringement disputes, civil rights litigation, and breach of contract suits in the construction industry.
Drew Bozeman - Drew joins the Firm as an Associate in the Litigation practice. Drew received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law and holds a B.S. cum laude from Auburn University.

Sujin Kim - Sujin joins the Firm as Of Counsel in the Economic Development and Incentives, International Trade, and Immigration practices. Sujin focuses on American and Korean corporations and individuals seeking to make investments under the Republic of Korea - U.S. Free Trade Agreement (KORUS-FTA). She also provides resources and advice on global mobility and immigration for professionals seeking employment abroad and for multi-national companies managing the immigration process for their employees worldwide.

Linda Oliver - Linda joins the Firm as Of Counsel in the Insurance and Financial Services Litigation practice. She represents insurance companies, mortgage lenders, and other business entities in litigation involving class actions, ERISA, life insurance and disability claims, bad faith, unfair competition, sales practices, and agency termination.
