MAYNARD CONTINUES MOMENTUM WITH THE RETURN OF THREE SECURITIES LAWYERS
Maynard & Gale is pleased to announce that Timothy W. Gregg, Andrew S. Nix, and Maggie Johnson Cornelius have rejoined the Firm as Shareholders and will continue as key members of the Corporate Group, with a focus on securities regulation and capital markets work.
“We could not be more pleased to have this distinguished group back with our team. They are extraordinary lawyers who enhance our corporate and securities practice and our representation of publicly traded companies, both with their regulatory and compliance needs and public offering and other capital markets transactions,” stated Greg Curran, Chairman of the Firm. “Maynard is continuing to grow in Alabama and a number of other markets in the U.S. where our securities and capital markets experience can add value and be an attractive alternative to larger market firms,” added Curran.
Maynard regularly represents publicly held companies in securities law and corporate governance matters and in corporate finance transactions involving the sale of debt and equity securities in both the public and private markets. The firm’s Corporate Group consists of a team of corporate, securities and tax lawyers supporting and working with clients on all types of business matters, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to executive compensation. Maynard’s Corporate Group has consistently earned top-tier recognition by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as a Band 1 law firm.
