MAYNARD COOPER & GALE ENHANCES PARENTAL LEAVE BENEFITS
Maynard Cooper & Gale, a full-service law firm headquartered in Birmingham, is enhancing its paid leave benefits with a Parental Leave Policy for eligible attorneys. Effective immediately, the policy provides 16 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers – up from 12 weeks paid leave formerly offered - and grants 4 weeks of paid leave for non-primary caregivers surrounding the birth, adoption or foster placement of a child.
