Cynthia Lamar-Hart serves as Chair of Maynard’s Estate, Trust & Business Planning, Fiduciary Advisory Services and Fiduciary, Trust & Estate Litigation practice groups. She provides unique comprehensive representation, including serving as legal counsel, strategic advisor and litigator for her clients. With a sophisticated estate planning practice, Ms. Lamar-Hart helps clients fulfill their testamentary and tax objectives through estate and gift tax planning and charitable planning. In her Fiduciary Advisory Services practice, she serves as primary outside counsel to corporate fiduciaries, advising on policies and procedures, trust and estate administration, business acceptance and overall risk management. Kirby Sevier has focused his law practice in the area of wills, estates and trusts for over 40 years. His reputation as one of the top lawyers in the field has attracted some of Alabama’s largest companies and their leaders. Sevier serves as the estate planning counsel for many of the largest privately held businesses in the state and as a trusted advisor to institutional trustees. Individuals trust Sevier to handle their income, estate and gift tax planning, charitable planning, insurance and employee benefits, and a variety of complex wealth transfer techniques. He also has an extensive estate administration practice.
