MAYNARD WELCOMES FIVE NEW ASSOCIATES TO ITS BIRMINGHAM OFFICE
Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce the hiring of five new associate attorneys in its Birmingham office, including Bo Bledsoe, Ryan Brooks, W. Wesley Hill, Patrick J. Mulligan, and T. Brannon Parker.
Bo Bledsoe is a member of the Firm’s General Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on products liability, insurance litigation, real estate litigation and business tort cases. Mr. Bledsoe is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law where he was an Articles Editor for the Alabama Law Review. He was also a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board as a participant of the Intellectual Property Moot Court Team. Mr. Bledsoe received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University where he graduated summa cum laude.
Ryan Brooks is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Securities, and Tax Practice Group, as well as the Banking and Financial Services Industry Group. Mr. Brooks is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was a Managing Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review. During his time at Vanderbilt, Mr. Brooks was a Chancellor’s Scholar, a member of the Vanderbilt Bar Association Board of Governors, and he also received a Law and Business Certificate and a Scholastic Excellence Award in Regulation of Financial Institutions. Prior to law school, he received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
W. Wesley Hill is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Securities, and Tax Practice Group. Mr. Hill graduated summa cum laude from Cumberland School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. He received the First Place Award at the American Bar Association’s Tenth Annual Law Student Tax Challenge, as well as the Judge Paul O. Moyle Writing Award and a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellowship during his time at Cumberland School of Law. Mr. Hill received his undergraduate degree from Millsaps College where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Accounting. During his time at Millsaps, Mr. Hill was an Else School of Management Scholar, an ITA National All-Academic Scholar-Athlete, an Academic All-SCAC Selection, and a member of the First Team of the CoSIDA Academic All-District VI.
Patrick J. Mulligan is a member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. Mr. Mulligan is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law where he was the Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Politics. Mr. Mulligan received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Notre Dame where he was a member of the Hesburgh Program in Public Service.
T. Brannon Parker is a member of the Firm's General Litigation and Insurance and Financial Services Litigation Practice Groups. Mr. Parker focuses his practice on insurance and financial services litigation, including cases involving bad faith, coverage disputes, multi-plaintiff and individual contestable claims, and stranger owned life insurance (STOLI) matters. He graduated summa cum laude from Cumberland School of Law where he was a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow and a Pupil of the Judge James Edward Horton Inn of Court. Mr. Parker was also the Copy Editor for the Cumberland Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
