Jon Levin joins Maynard after spending six years practicing government contracts law within the Intelligence Community in Washington, D.C., and, before that, in private practice. During his time in Washington, Mr. Levin successfully represented both the government and industry in a number of bid protest actions before the GAO cumulatively valued in the billions of dollars. Mr. Levin also has claims experience, having represented clients before the Armed Services and Civilian Boards of Contract Appeals. In addition to his administrative litigation expertise, Mr. Levin routinely provides counseling and advice on contract compliance matters, including changes, pricing, data rights, mandatory disclosure, conflicts of interest, terminations, and small business. Mr. Levin is cleared to the highest levels (TS/SCI) and provides assistance in all aspects of contracting matters related to national security. Mr. Levin is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
