Nashville, TN (October 28, 2020) — Maynard & Gale (Maynard) welcomes Sarah Laird, Brittany Macon and Elizabeth Holland to Maynard’s growing Nashville office. Sarah, Brittany and Elizabeth, formerly with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, join Maynard’s Real Estate and Financial Services practice group and will team with Talbott Ottinger and Justin Leach to enhance Maynard’s local, regional and national real estate capabilities.

Sarah Laird joins Maynard as a Shareholder in the Firm’s Real Estate & Financial Services practice group. For nearly a decade, she has focused her practice on representing real estate investors, developers, owners, and operators throughout the U.S. in connection with a broad range of real estate matters related to the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and management of real estate. Sarah’s clients include, among others, institutional investment funds focused in the healthcare sector, senior living developer/operators, and various real estate investment funds. At Maynard, Sarah, Brittany and Elizabeth will continue their work with the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee to provide pro bono legal representation for victims of domestic abuse seeking orders of protection in Davidson County.

Brittany has broad expertise in the development and finance of commercial real estate projects as well as the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade real estate assets. She works with a diverse range of clients, including national and local real estate developers, investors, and operators. Her experience includes multi-million dollar acquisitions and dispositions involving office facilities, multifamily housing, senior living facilities and medical real estate investment trusts (REITs).

Elizabeth brings expertise representing national, regional, and local banks, real estate developers, real estate investors, and corporate clients in various commercial and real estate matters. Her background includes real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing. Elizabeth has assisted clients with multi-million dollar acquisitions involving medical REITs, healthcare facilities and retail/lifestyle centers.
