Maynard & Gale welcomes Jason Bailey and Stephen Hinton to its Birmingham office.

Bailey adds to Maynard’s Real Estate practice and comes to Birmingham by way of Olive Branch, Miss., where he was previously in private practice with another firm. Before his career as an attorney, Jason was President of Southern Coffee Company, a family-owned company started by his late father. He also worked for a certified public accounting firm. He received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and holds a Masters of Taxation from the University of Mississippi.

Stephen Hinton comes to Maynard from a corporate counsel position in the banking industry and joins the Securities Regulation and Corporate Finance practice as Of Counsel. He has extensive experience in representing public and private companies with respect to general corporate and securities law, securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his corporate counsel position, Hinton practiced law with Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School.
