MAYNARD WELCOMES TWO NEW ASSOCIATES TO ITS HUNTSVILLE OFFICE
Matthew H. Moore is a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Securities, and Tax Practice Group as well as the Government Solutions Industry Group. Mr. Moore is focused on corporate and transactional matters, including contract negotiation and preparation, entity formation, corporate restructuring, corporate finance issues, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Moore received his law degree from Duke University School of Law where he was the Executive Editor and Staff Editor of Law & Contemporary Problems. He was also a staff writer for Duke Law & Technology Review. Mr. Moore received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University as a National Merit Scholar with a major in Chemistry.
Matthew Parker focuses his practice on the protection, licensing, and enforcement of intellectual property. He also assists with a number of litigation and corporate matters. Dr. Parker received his law degree from Emory University School of Law where he was a Symposium Editor for the Emory International Law Review and a member of the Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER) program, in collaboration with the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Parker received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Immunology from the University of Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida as a National Merit Scholar with a major in Microbiology & Cell Science.
