(Kathie) Weber is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Insurance and Financial Services Litigation practice group. Ms. Weber serves as the primary outside counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance and financial services company, litigating and managing their individual cases and class actions throughout the United States. Representative cases include unearned premium refund class actions, policy-dating litigation, broker disputes and life insurance claims litigation. Ms. Weber graduated magna cum laude from Notre Dame and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. C. Andrew (Drew) Kitchen is also a Shareholder in the Firm’s Insurance and Financial Services Litigation practice group. Mr. Kitchen’s recent practice has become centered largely around counseling life insurance companies on a variety of matters, including agent termination issues, commission recoupment, the secondary market for life insurance, claim disputes, reinsurer negotiations, and trial work. Mr. Kitchen graduated from the University of Georgia and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law.
