MAYNARD’S PUBLIC FINANCE PRACTICE GROWS WITH ADDITION OF ALINA ARBUTHNOT
Maynard & Gale is pleased to announce that Alina Arbuthnot has joined the firm’s Public Finance Practice group as an Associate. Alina comes to Maynard from a national firm where she gained experience as bond counsel, borrower's counsel, and bank counsel in numerous public finance transactions.
Alina received her J.D. with an Estate Planning Certificate and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Alina studied at the University of South Carolina where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and English from the South Carolina Honors College. After graduating from USC, Alina worked at a boutique financial planning firm where she developed an interest in corporate and tax law. At Maynard, Alina's practice will focus on representing local governments, boards of education, senior living communities, and nonprofit corporations in taxable and tax-exempt financings.
