In a recently released report, the BTI Consulting Group identified the law firms that received top-of-mind recognition and differentiated themselves in the three core areas of client experience, premium worthiness, and innovation. During a thorough research process, BTI conducted in-depth interviews with more than 690 corporate counsel and legal decision makers at the world’s largest and most influential companies to solicit candid, open-ended feedback regarding their law firm hiring decisions and which law firms stand out as having the best competitive strengths compared to other law firms. The interviewees were not asked about specific firms in order to provide an unbiased, cross-market analysis.
