MAYNARD WELCOMES BRYAN A. THAMES TO ITS MOBILE OFFICE
Maynard & Gale PC is pleased to announce the addition of Bryan A. Thames to its General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. Thames will be working out of the Firm’s Mobile office.

Bryan A. Thames, Shareholder, has experience representing private companies and individuals, as well as public entities, in a variety of settings. He regularly advises business clients in all stages of the business life cycle, including entity selection and formation, succession planning and assisting clients in buying and selling business entities and assets. He also regularly advises clients on all types of day-to-day general business and contract matters. This includes advising clients with respect to organizational and governance matters and real estate transactions, as well as assisting owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors in all stages of the construction process. Thames is equally comfortable assisting clients with both complex and routine business and contract matters. Thames graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in accounting in 1992, summa cum laude, and from The University of Alabama School of Law in 1995, summa cum laude. While in law school, he was a Hugo Black Scholar and a member of the Order of the Coif and the Alabama Law Review.
