BTI Consulting Group recently ranked Maynard & Gale’s Insurance Practice as one of the top six in the nation. The ranking appeared in the BTI Client Relationship Scorecard 2014: Ranking Law Firm Client Relationships, and is based on an independent, in–depth survey of more than 500 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 companies.

Maynard was the only regional law firm ranked in the Top Six, and the only law firm based in Alabama to appear in the insurance rankings. The firm’s insurance practice has more than 30 attorneys, many of whom are licensed and practice in jurisdictions across the country. The group provides litigation defense to various life insurance, annuity, and financial services companies throughout the United States, handling matters ranging from routine claims and sales practice cases to class action and complex multi-district litigation defense.
