Ed Bailey serves as Of Counsel in the firm’s Birmingham office. Bailey has more than 40 years of intellectual property litigation experience. He has been involved in patent, trademark and copyright infringement cases in more than 25 district courts throughout the United States during his career. Bailey also has experience in the United States Court of Federal Claims and the International Trade Commission. He is registered to practice in the United States Patent & Trademark Office and has represented clients in contested proceedings in that office.
