Maynard Deal Team Represented Southern Traffic Services in its Sale to Rekor Systems
A Maynard deal team represented Southern Traffic Services, Inc. (STS) in its sale to Rekor Systems, a publicly traded company in the intelligent infrastructure space. STS, specializing in traffic data collection and design, planning, and traffic study services for the U.S. Government and private agencies, will operate as a business unit within Rekor.
The combined company is uniquely positioned to become the leading provider of artificial intelligence- and machine learning-driven solutions for traffic management, urban mobility, and public safety.
The deal team was led by Mike Johnson and included Spencer Newman and Andy Donovan.
