At an awards luncheon held on March 9, 2023, The Birmingham Business Journal recognized Maynard as a corporate leader in diversity and inclusion (D&I). Maynard’s D&I efforts to promote and preserve these equitable values were featured in both print and online sections of The Birmingham Business Journal.

In attendance for the event were Maynard’s Chief Talent Officer, Stephanie Mays, along with Talent Manager, Kiya Holmes and Shareholders Maggie Cornelius, Katherine Weber, John Neiman, and Ted Holt.

“Diversity is at the heart of Maynard’s success,” said Mays. “Our Firm’s training initiatives, pipeline programs, and heritage month celebrations help us to further live out our commitment to advancing diversity and to championing the innovation that derives from diverse teams.”
