(KNX: NYSE) earned a spot in the recently released list of the top 28 deals recognized in the Mergers & Acquisitions 2022 Mid-Market Deals of the Year.

Greg Curran led the team representing AAA Cooper Transportation in its sale to Knight-Swift Transportation in a deal valued in excess of $1.35 billion. This strategic transaction provides AAA Cooper with a larger platform from which to continue to grow its business and benefits Knight-Swift Transportation, currently ranked among the top 10 largest for-hire carriers in North America, by providing a foothold in the less-than-truckload market and diversifying its business platform for investors, among other benefits.
