Maynard Represents Cloud Security and Engineering Company in Merger

Maynard Corporate attorneys Mike Johnson, Jonathan Mayhall, Andy Watson, Hardwick Walthall, and David Kinman recently served as lead transaction counsel to Fire Team Solutions, LLC (“Fire Team”) in its merger with Case Consulting, LLC (“Case Consulting”). Fire Team is a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners Structured Solutions I, LP, a fund of AE Industrial Partners, LP, a private equity firm based out of Boca Raton, Florida. Fire Team is a veteran-founded company headquartered in Reston, Virginia providing a broad range of engineering, development, and programmatic services to customers across the Department of Defense and Intelligence communities. Case Consulting is a software services company that supports federal government and private industry customers by providing skilled software developers, architects, software testers, and program managers.
Each company will continue operations under their respective names. Case Consulting CEO Paul Farmer, Jr. will serve as CEO of the combined entities.
This is the second transaction in just over a year in which Maynard represented AE Structured Solutions Fund. In October of 2021, Maynard assisted AE Industrial Partners in its investment in Fire Team.
