Maynard represented Global K9 Protection Group (“GK9PG”) in its recent sale to Inoa Ventures Management. GK9PG, headquartered in Opelika, Alabama, is a veteran-owned and operated business delivering elite canine screening services that adhere to national and international regulations. The firm concentrates its investments in the aviation and transportation logistics, healthcare and technology, and financial technology sectors.
