What Happens In-House Stays In-House: Maintaining Attorney-Client Privilege In The Corporate Setting
Ted Holt, Chair of Maynard’s Insurance and Financial Services Practice, and Ashlee Riopka Elrod, Associate, presented (virtually) to members of the CEFLI organization today. Their topic “What Happens In-House Stays In-House: Maintaining Attorney-Client Privilege in the Corporate Setting” addressed the need to maintain confidentiality of privileged communications, especially during these times of remote working arrangements.
