The article examines the regulatory landscape surrounding vendor management and outlines practical guidance for businesses to follow in order to reduce cyber risk. “Our clients are increasingly dependent on vendors to operate their businesses. We’ve seen firsthand how data breaches at these business partners have impacted our clients, and we wanted to proactively identify a number of ways to mitigate this risk,” said Malatesta, Chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity and Privacy practice.
