Wade is a commercial real estate and finance lawyer with extensive transaction experience. Tapping into his strong corporate law background, he works closely with business clients as well as a wide range of financial institutions to advise them on all aspects of their strategic initiatives.
In his real estate practice, Wade focuses on managing the negotiation and execution of transactions on behalf of real estate investors. His experience ranges from deals involving single properties to private and public developments to multi-state portfolios. He is accustomed to guiding clients through the due diligence process and the various state laws and regulations applicable to real estate transactions.
Wade regularly advises regional and national banks, community banks, credit unions, investment firms, and other finance companies on all phases of commercial and real estate lending. He has handled a wide array of secured and unsecured transactions as well as private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions.
Wade earned his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson School of Law where he was a member of the Dickinson Law Review and the Banking & Finance Law Society. He holds a B.A. from the University of Alabama.
