Adrienne's Profile

Adrienne is an Associate in the Corporate and Business Transactions Practice. She focuses her practice in the areas of general corporate and general counsel services, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity and venture capital financings.

Her experience includes working on both buy- and sell-side middle market company transactions and venture capital financing. She has assisted both mature and start-up companies across a broad range of industry sectors in various corporate matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Adrienne worked at a global law firm in Pittsburgh and a national law firm in Atlanta, where she assisted clients in the venture capital and private equity space. She graduated from Emory University School of Law, earning a J.D. with a Transactional Law and Skills Certificate. She holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Psychology, both summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh.
