Allie is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Real Estate and Banking and Finance practice areas.
She concentrates on representing financial institutions and developers in a variety of commercial lending and real estate transactions. She represents lenders in structuring, documenting, securing and closing all types of commercial financing transactions, including commercial real estate and construction loans, asset-based lines of credit, and investment property backed financing. With respect to developers and commercial real estate in general, Allie is experienced in acquisition and disposition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate. Allie also frequently represents developers in connection with zoning and land use issues.
Allie received her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law. She also has an M.B.A from the Manderson Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
