Allison is Of Counsel in Maynard’s Corporate Section. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, commercial lending, and real estate matters.
Allison assists clients with mergers, acquisitions, and business formations, as well as the review of business agreements and contracts. Her commercial lending practice includes representing borrowers and lenders in all areas of secured and unsecured transactions. Her real estate practice centers on advising clients on a variety of real property matters involving leases, purchases, sales, commercial development, and environmental concerns.
Allison holds a B.A., cum laude, from Tulane University and a J.D., cum laude, from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Prior to joining Maynard, Allison worked for over eight years with another law firm and served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Roderick P. Stout in the 13th Judicial Circuit of Mobile County, Alabama.
Allison represented hundreds of businesses throughout the Gulf Coast and helped them obtain compensation for their economic losses as a result of the BP oil spill.
