Bo is a Shareholder and experienced litigator in the Complex Litigation, Products Liability, and Real Estate & Title Insurance practice groups.
He has handled a wide range of commercial and real estate litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, representing a diverse group of clients including financial institutions, manufacturers, insurers, and developers. Bo has significant experience representing automobile manufacturers with respect to franchise and licensing issues. He has handled dealer franchise litigation in Alabama, Georgia, and Arkansas, and he advises on dealer licensing and regulatory issues around the country.
In the products liability arena, Bo serves as national coordinating counsel for a Fortune 500 company overseeing the management of its nationwide products liability docket, which has more than a thousand active cases at any given time. In this role, Bo has managed cases in more than thirty states, overseeing strategy, expert discovery, and nationwide docket management.
Prior to joining Maynard Cooper, Bo attended Auburn University where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Wireless and Electrical Engineering. He then attended the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating cum laude.
